Back then I have this little black book filled with sleazy anecdotes of my after hours life… or not! Sleazy annik annik ka dyan! What I do have is a little something akin to a journal, where I write down things … good things… that happened for the day. I use to call it my thank you book.
Yeah yeah call me senti, korny, childish, drama, gorgeous, beautiful, fabulous, oowsome … throw them all at me, but I love that thing.
It recorded how happy I was to pass a terror subject when 3/4 of the class got a 5! When my then crush asked for my number, when my papa went home, no questions asked, because I was having tummy cramps, and when the time we had an accident and me and jang were okay even when the front of the bus was a wreck! And some other mundane stuff that I know reading them now would just make me scratch my head thinking… so this made your day dee? hehehe.
So since I left my little “thank you” book at home (read: pilipinas) , I might as well start something like it here in my blog. Maybe not daily but an end of the month post.
Yeah I know, I know, October still has a week to go.. so what? Hahaha. Dili magbuot! I’m excited to start this. And I hope you could join me on this, with all the bad things happening around us, it good to take note of little things which made our day, kept us from pulling at our hair and be grateful about them. Only proves that no matter how a day seemed to suck there’s always something to be thankful for 
So here’s my Top 10 for for the month of October (in no particular order)
10. i’ve finish reading a book (yahoo! Im back on track!), I wanna go back to reading again and it’s good that an AWESOME library is just a few stops away from our place

9. my friend called it quits with her boyfriend who only hurts her time and again (atta girl!)

8. my sister doesn’t have any failing grades (hehehe this i have to confirm yet, magchat pa mi)

7. I’m still up and healthy though the weather here has been erratic

6. minor misunderstandings that only takes minutes or hours to fix (i hate prolonging the agony), I hope this won’t change forever and ever and ever ….

5. My good friend ruby is back home and she’s preparing for her church wedding! (arrrrrgh i so hate it that I can’t make it to the wedding… hmmm I think i can make it for the honeymoon though, k lang rubai? hehehe.. round 1 fight! )
